Entry must be made through the comment section of the corresponding IG or FB post.

Any attempt to enter using unauthorized methods shall be deemed as tampering and will void said entries.

Hate speech, hurtful speech, bullying, and/or harassment in any form, will result in immediate disqualification from this contest with the potential of being banned from future contests administered by the Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce.

The game stops when we have the winning answer on one of our 3 social sites which are: Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce - FB and IG and our Christmas in Bayfield FB page.

The winner will be congratulated in the comments section so scroll and watch!

The first person to correctly answer the trivia question in the comment section of one of our daily posts will be declared the winner. We are watching for time stamps and the first person who gets the answer correct in the fastest time stamp will be selected as the winner by our Trivia Committee. We can only have 1 winner on one of our socials.

The winning answer must be in a standalone comment, and not in response to a previous comment.

Winners must be followers of our IG and/or FB socials for contact purposes.

Total contest retail value: 5 x $100 gift certificates to be spent in the Village of Bayfield at participating shops.

There will be 5 contest winners.

All certificates must be picked up in person, with identification, in Bayfield

A limit of one gift certificate per person

The prize must be accepted as awarded and may not be exchanged, refunded for money, sold, or transferred. No substitutions are allowed.

Any unused portion of the prize will be forfeited.

Refusal to accept the prize releases the Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce from any obligation towards the winner.

If the winner cannot be reached within 3 business days following the first attempt of contact or declines the prize, the prize shall be forfeited.

Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner by following the procedure outlined above.

All personal information collected by the Bayfield and Area Chamber of Commerce (BACC) for this Contest shall only be used for administering the Contest unless expressly consented otherwise.

Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Bayfield & Area Chamber of Commerce reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments will be posted on the website.
