    Bayfield Lavender Farm

Bring your open heart to the lavender farm for a unique relaxation experience. An active mediation, breathwork is done laying down and uses specific breath patterns to relax the conscious mind and enhance awareness of the body.

The session will be guided by certified breathwork facilitator, Rachelle Legros, who trained with David Elliot. She has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and is currently a midwifery student

    What to expect:

The first 15-20 minutes will incorporate a lavender infused cacao ceremony with a sharing ritual focused on opening your heart, focusing your mind, and energizing your spirit.

This will lead into 30 minutes of active breathing as a group. Heads up that this method of breathing can sometimes bring up unexpected emotions, but you will be in a safe, supportive space and we encourage you to listen to your body. This is how we heal.

After the breathing, Rachelle will guide you into a deep rest, integrating your experience with the return to your surroundings.
